I happened to browse your website Ondesk and was amazed about the choices one get to choose from.
I have used Jet stream,Click Gel and Signo in the past 10 years or so.
Based on this pleasant experience I happened to order Uniball one 5mm, but the experience wasn’t pleasant. While the grip and feel is good, the ink doesn’t flow smoothly. Request you to kindly suggest me a solution.
In fact the Jetstream pens also have the same problem. I have almost 8-10 pens that don’t write purchased from Sapna Book Stall,Indiranagar Bangalore.I have raised this issue in the past with them and they responded that they will revert after discussing the same with your sales team.
Also let me know if there is any shelf life for the refills.
