Returns/Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We hope that you never have to visit this page but in the unfortunate event when you have to please keep the following things in mind.

  • Kindly do not accept the parcel in case the original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. 
  • You must raise a request to return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery of the items to be eligible for an exchange or refund. In case of failure to raise a complaint within 7 days, the return request will not be accepted.

  • While raising a return request, keep the following handy for a smooth approval process.

Your order ID and the photos/videos of the items in the same condition that you received them.
Any product which has been used or hampered with will not be approved for return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will initiate a reverse shipment for the same. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly keep the items within the original manufacturer’s packaging in order for the return to be successfully processed.

Return scenarios

Your return request will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective/damaged product
  • You received the wrong products

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also kindly click a photo or shoot a video of the same and share it with us at care@ondesk.in.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Once the package has been received back at our warehouse, we will perform a Quality check, after which the refund will be initiated within 7 business days. In case the order was prepaid, the amount may take additional 3-4 business days to reflect in your original method of payment.

  • In case of Cash-On-Delivery orders, upon approval of your return request, the amount will be credited to the online wallet associated with your Ondesk account that you can redeem for future purchases on our website. In case you wish to receive the amount back in your account, you can share your request to care@ondesk.in with your Bank Account details. We will take such requests on a case by case basis and accordingly, the amount will be credited within 10 business days via NEFT only. 

Cancellations

  • An order can only be canceled till the time it is dispatched. You can log in to your account and place a cancellation request against your order. In case you want to intimate us of your request more urgently, you may call us or message us on Whatsapp in the following number: 9830427888, or by sending an email at care@ondesk.in. 

  • In case the order has already been shipped, you can still inform us of your wish to cancel the order and we can try to convey the information to the logistics company. However, we do not take responsibility for any delivery attempts made once the item has left our warehouse. In such case, you are requested to refuse the delivery so that the item may be returned to us. 

  • Please note that for cancellations of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed once the item has been received back at our facility and has been processed accordingly. In case the item never left our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days and the amount will be credited back to your original bank account within 3-4 additional business days.
